I am licensed in Nevada and Massachusetts and see patients in both states. I have a small and growing staff of online psychotherapists looking forward to helping you meet your therapy goals. I work collaboratively with individuals to heal patterns that are creating difficulties in their current lives. My style is down to earth, relaxed, supportive and compassionate, but can be guided when needed or requested. Treatment is evidenced based and integrative. We will work together to challenge the thoughts and feelings that are preventing you from meeting your goals. I look forward to meeting you!
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Augusta University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have been practicing in the field of Social Work since 2016 helping children and adults in various settings, such as homes, hospitals, schools, and out in the community.
I have specific training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, grief and loss, relapse prevention, and anxiety treatment. I take a compassionate, strengths-based, and creative approach to helping others achieve their goals. I help others challenge thinking using reality-checking, positive reframe, and focus on strengths and positive supports. I also have a passion for art and enjoy incorporating art into treatment to further explore issues and help you through it.
I am licensed in Missouri, Kansas, and now in Massachusetts. I received my master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Since then, I have been practicing Social Work in various settings across Missouri and Kansas, including hospitals, schools, child advocacy centers, and community mental health centers serving both adults and children.
Having a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is key to being successful. Therefore, I focus on getting to know you as the individual that you are and building an open and trusting relationship with you.
My approach is trauma-informed and through a strengths-based perspective. We will work together to identify your strengths, needs, goals, and motivations for therapy. I believe each person’s journey is unique and the approach to working with them should be too. So, wherever you are starting from, I look forward to meeting you there.

The first thing we wake up to every day is our own thoughts and feelings. Our mindset shapes how we move through life, and I believe everyone deserves to live in a way that feels true to themselves.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, and cultural or family pressures—but my approach is always guided by what feels most meaningful to you. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy—just a willingness to be curious about your inner world.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your experience. I offer a space to be imperfect, reflect honestly, and move toward meaningful change. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating CBT, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help build self-awareness, coping skills, and a greater sense of ease and direction.
I was born in the Philippines and raised in Boston—two places that have deeply influenced my perspective and the way I connect with others. Outside of therapy, I love thrifting, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my husband and family.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and earned my MSW from Salem State University. I’ve supported clients across various settings, including private practice, schools, and community care, and bring a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens to my work.”
