The postpartum period can bring significant emotional and psychological changes. Many new mothers experience anxiety, mood shifts, overwhelm, sleep disruption, and feelings of isolation after the arrival of a baby.
Our Postpartum Support Group provides a supportive environment where mothers can talk openly about their experiences, connect with others navigating the same transition, and receive guidance from a licensed clinician.
This therapist-led group focuses on emotional support, coping strategies, and helping participants feel less alone during the early months of parenting.
Participants do not need a diagnosis of postpartum depression to attend.
To ensure a supportive and comfortable environment, group size is intentionally kept small.
Each group is limited to 6–8 participants, allowing time for meaningful discussion and connection among members.
Sessions are facilitated by a licensed clinician and include guided discussion as well as practical coping strategies.
Participants register and pay for the full 8-week program in advance. Individual session payments are not available.
Insurance is not accepted for group participation.
If you are interested in joining the next Postpartum Support Group, please contact our practice for upcoming start dates and availability.
Space is limited to maintain a supportive and comfortable group environment.
