Anxiety Support Group

Support, connection, and practical strategies for managing anxiety.

About the Group

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health concerns, yet many people experience it in isolation. Persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, and difficulty relaxing can interfere with daily life.

Our Anxiety Support Group provides a structured and supportive space where participants can talk openly about their experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and connect with others who understand the challenges of living with anxiety.

The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician who provides guidance, psychoeducation, and tools to help participants manage anxiety more effectively.
