What I Liked
The strengths of this book include:
- This is a quick read (92 pages).
- Though it is a short book, it is full of additional resources you can print off.
- Andrei Nedelcu also provides various practical strategies you can use immediately.
What Could Have Been Better
Andrei Nedelcu provides various resources throughout the book, however, he also regularly mentions other books and forms of literature he has created. Though his intention is to offer them as additional help, it can be jarring at times as you read as it will feel like a short commercial while watching a television show.
Favorite Quote or Moment
On page 72, Andrei Nedelcu discusses one of his 67 year-old clients who came to realize that he had been living his whole life for others. This led to instating the strategy of asking yourself questions such as:
- Who am I living for?
- What are my values?
